These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of WiNNCK’s Website, located at www.winnck.com. By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use www.winnck.com if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of Netherlands. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof October 2021

1. Use of Service 

WiNNCK Business Support Services provides suitable virtual assistants, Customer Service Representatives and Sales Development leaders to aid in the success of various projects and assignments. 

  • The aforementioned positions are contracted on a Full time basis, 7hrs/day 35hrs a week. Part time assistants work 4hrs/day for 20hrs a week. Hours of work occurring each day are fixed and do not roll over to the following day. 
  • If overtime hours are requested, WiNNCK will identify if these hours are complementary or billed to the user. 
  • The website services page highlights specifications on services provided.
  • Employee Poaching
    • The utilization of our service deems that you will not hire WiNNCK support staff to work for you outside of our agreed upon contract. 
    • You agree that you will not work with a representative from WiNNCK services for a minimum of 6 months following assistants  separation from WiNNCK

2. Authorization

  • This is an agreement between you and WiNNCK. You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with WiNNCK, and only in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.
  • You must be at least 16 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if different than 18) to be eligible to use the Services. Any use or access to the Services by anyone under 16 is prohibited unless a request by a parent/guardian has been documented.  In certain instances, WiNNCK may require you to provide proof of identity to create your account, or to access or use the Services, and you acknowledge and agree that you may be denied access or use of the Services if you refuse to provide such proof. Services will be unavailable to any Users previously removed from the Services offered by WINNCK.

3. WiNNCK Accounts

  • The ability to log into your profile is exclusive to clients and associates. All parties visiting the site for viewing purposes have the right to engage in best business practices as a client, an affiliate or an assistant

4. Paid Services

Billing 

  • Payment of services will be processed from your selected method of payment through PayPal every 30 days following the start date of service. All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Services must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Services at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions or other monetary transaction interactions.
  • Statements will be produced on a monthly basis
  • Refunds & cancellations:
  • If you wish to cancel, simply send us an email to support@winnck.com , we have a 30 days notice cancellation period. There are no refunds once payments have been processed, unless WiNNCK decides otherwise.

5. Processing information

  • Confidentiality is a top priority, as we process payment for services rendered we hold in confidence all your personal information obtained. We will not disclose personal information of others to you or any personal information to other parties unless;
    • We are operating under directions from you in order to satisfy your requirements, or we are Required by law 
  • WiNNCK reserves the right to monitor assistants’ computer activities in order to maintain high quality standards. Any information collected will not be sold to any third party. This may include and is not limited to;
    • Screen imaging capture
    • Video recording of office work
    • Monitoring of keystrokes
  • Completion of agreed contracts prompts disposal of files and documentation at a minimum of 6 months after closure of file, unless otherwise requested by clients.

6. Cookies

  • We employ the use of cookies. By accessing www.winnck.com, you agreed to use cookies in agreement with WiNNCK’s Privacy Policy. Most interactive websites use cookies to let us retrieve the user’s details for each visit. Cookies are used by our website to enable the functionality of certain areas to make it easier for people visiting our website. Some of our affiliate/advertising partners may also use cookies.

  • Unless otherwise stated, WiNNCK and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on www.winnck.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from www.winnck.com for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
